Do you ship worldwide?

Yes we offer worldwide shipping.

Do you offer expedited shipping?
Yes, at checkout you are offered the option for standard shipping or expedited shipping.

What is your return policy?
Please visit the return policy section of our website for full details. 

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, American Express, Discover, MasterCard, and Visa. We also accept payments via PayPal. If you do not have a PayPal account, no problem, you can choose the PayPal guest option at checkout which will give you the option of using a credit or debit card, without the need for a PayPal account. We also accept payments via Shop.

What if I don't have a PayPal account?
You can check out as a guest on PayPal, where you will be redirected to a page on the PayPal site. On it, you can pay for your purchase without opening a Paypal account by clicking on the "Pay without opening an account" button.

Where are your products made?
All of our products are handmade by local artisans in Morocco using the highest quality materials.


I like something on your site, but I want different colors.
Most of our products are fully customizable. Please use our contact us form or email us directly at mlm@mylittlemaroc.com 

What products can you customize?
We can customize the following products: baskets, pillow cases, pottery, poufs, and rugs.

How long does it take for custom work?
This depends on the product you are choosing. Generally, a custom piece will take a few weeks. Please get in touch with us regarding your custom project and we can give you a more exact lead time.

I have seen pictures of other artisanal items from Morocco, are you able to source them for us?
We have relationships with a wide range of talented Moroccan artisans. Please get in touch with us via our contact us form or email us directly at mlm@mylittlemaroc.com and we can let you know if we are able to provide you what you are looking for.

Are there any special care instructions for my item?
Some of the handcrafted items have suggested care instructions for cleaning and storage. Once an order ships, you receive an email from mlm@mylittlemaroc.com with these instructions if an item you ordered has any. You can also use our contact us form or email anytime at mlm@mylittlemaroc.com if you need us to send the instructions again or if you have questions about your products.
